The established legal servicesprograms shall keep appropriate records and make periodic reports, asrequested, to the North Carolina State Bar. The North Carolina State Bar shallreport annually to the General Assembly on the amount of the funds disbursedand the use of the funds by each legal services program receiving funds. Thereport to the General Assembly shall be made by January 15 of each yearbeginning January 15, 2006. (2004‑186, s. 4.1.)
