§ 7A‑49.  Ordersreturnable to another judge; notice.

When any special or emergency judge makes any matter returnable beforehim, and thereafter he is called upon by the Chief Justice to hold courtelsewhere, he shall order the matter heard before some other judge, settingforth in the order the time and place where it is to be heard, and he shallsend copies of the order to the attorneys representing the parties in suchmatter. (Ex. Sess. 1921, c.94, s. 2; C.S., s. 1435(c); 1951, c. 491, s. 1; 1969,  c. 1190, s. 40.)
