§ 7A‑54.  Articleapplicable to judges retired under prior law.

All judges of the superior court who have heretofore retired and whoare receiving retirement compensation under the provisions of any judicialretirement law previously enacted shall be entitled to the benefits of thisarticle. All such judges shall be subject to assignment as emergency judges bythe Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, except judges retired for totaldisability. (1967, c. 108, s.2.)
