§ 7A‑758. Availability of administrative law judge to exempt agencies.

The Chief Administrative Law Judge of the Office of AdministrativeHearings may, upon request of the head of the agency, provide an administrativelaw judge to preside at hearings of public bodies not otherwise authorized orrequired by statute to utilize an administrative law judge from the Office ofAdministrative Hearings including, but not limited to, State agencies exemptfrom the provisions of Chapter 150B, municipal corporations or othersubdivisions of the State, and agencies of such subdivisions.
