The Division of SocialServices, Department of Health and Human Services, shall develop and makeavailable, on an ongoing basis, for the members of Local Teams that reviewactive cases in which children are being served by child protective services,training materials that address the role and function of the Local Team,confidentiality requirements, an overview of child protective services law andpolicy, and Team record keeping.
