§ 7B‑2302.  Regulationof discovery; protective orders.

(a)        Upon written motionof a party and a finding of good cause, the court may at any time order thatdiscovery or inspection be denied, restricted, or deferred.

(b)        The court maypermit a party seeking relief under subsection (a) of this section to submitsupporting affidavits or statements to the court for in camera inspection. Ifthereafter the court enters an order granting relief under subsection (a) ofthis section, the material submitted in camera must be available to the Courtof Appeals in the event of an appeal.
