Any hearing pursuant to thisArticle may be before the Administrator of the Interstate Compact on Juveniles,a deputy of the Administrator, or any other person authorized pursuant to thejuvenile laws of this State to hear cases of alleged juvenile parole orprobation violations, except that no hearing officer shall be the person makingthe allegation of violation.
