§ 7B‑3902. Compactsauthorized.
The Secretary of theDepartment of Health and Human Services may develop, participate in thedevelopment of, negotiate, and enter into one or more interstate compacts onbehalf of this State with other states to implement this Article. When enteredinto, and for so long as it remains in force, such a compact shall have thefull force and effect of law. (1999‑190, s. 5.)
