§83A‑14.  Disciplinary action and procedure.

Any person may file with theBoard a charge of unprofessional conduct, negligence, incompetence, dishonestpractice, or other misconduct or of any violation of this Chapter or of a Boardrule adopted and published by the Board. Upon receipt of such charge, or uponits own initiative, the Board may give notice of an administrative hearingunder the Administrative Procedure Act, or may dismiss the charge as unfoundedor trivial, upon a statement of the reasons therefor which shall be mailed tothe architect and the person who filed the charge by registered or certifiedmail.
