Foresters.
§ 89B‑1. Generalprovisions.
(a) No person shall usethe designation "forester", "registered forester", or anyother descriptive terms that include the words "forester" or"registered forester" and that directly convey that the person is aforester without first having been registered under this Chapter.
(b) This Chapterbenefits and protects the public by improving the standards for the practice ofprofessional forestry in North Carolina. (1975, c. 531, s. 1; 1998‑157,s. 1.)
