This Board shall cause to haveprepared and shall adopt a code of professional conduct which shall be madeknown in writing to every licensee and applicant for licensing under thisChapter and which shall be published by the Board. Such publication shallconstitute due notice to all licensees. The Board may revise and amend thiscode of ethics from time to time after due notice and opportunity for hearingto all licensed members and the public for comment before adoption of therevision or amendments.
