§89F‑18.  Complaints.

Any person may file writtencharges of violations of this Chapter or any rules adopted pursuant to thisChapter with the Board against any licensee. Any charges or allegations shallbe in writing, shall be sworn to by the person making them, and shall be filedwith the Secretary‑Treasurer of the Board. The Board shall investigatereasonably all valid complaints. (1995, c. 414, s. 1.)
