§ 8B‑10.  North CarolinaTraining and Licensing Preparation Program fees.

The Division of Services forthe Deaf and the Hard of Hearing of the Department of Health and Human Servicesmay charge a fee of no more than fifty dollars ($50.00) to individuals whoparticipate in interpreter training or workshops offered by the North CarolinaTraining and Licensing Preparation Program. The Division may charge a fee of nomore than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a diagnostic evaluation offeredunder the Program. This fee is for voluntary diagnostic services only. Thesefees are to cover the cost of administering the Program and are payable when aparticipant takes part in a planned activity.
