Practice of Medicine.
§ 90‑1. North Carolina Medical Societyincorporated.
The association of regularly graduated physicians, calling themselvesthe State Medical Society, is hereby declared to be a body politic andcorporate, to be known and distinguished by the name of The Medical Society ofthe State of North Carolina.
