§ 90‑118.7. Licensing former optometrists who have moved back into State or resumedpractice.

Any person who shall have been licensed by the North Carolina StateBoard of Examiners in Optometry to practice optometry in this State who shallhave retired from practice or who shall have moved from the State and shallhave returned to the State, may, upon a satisfactory showing to said Board ofhis proficiency in the profession of optometry and his good moral characterduring the period of his retirement, or absence from the State, be granted bysaid Board a license to resume the practice of optometry upon makingapplication  to the said Board in such form as it may require. The license toresume practice, after issuance thereof, shall be subject to all the provisionsof this Article. (1973, c. 800, s.14.)
