§ 90‑14.12.  Injunctions.

The Board may appear in its own name in the superior courts in anaction for injunctive relief to prevent violation of this Article and thesuperior courts shall have power to grant such injunctions regardless ofwhether criminal prosecution has been or may be instituted as a result of suchviolations. Actions under this section shall be commenced in the superior courtdistrict or set of districts as defined in G.S. 7A‑41.1 in which therespondent resides or has his principal place of business or in which thealleged acts occurred, or in the case of an action against a nonresident, inthe district where the Board resides.
