§ 90‑171.46. Injunctive authority.

The Board may apply to the superior court for an injunction to preventviolations of this Article or of any rules enacted pursuant thereto. The courtis empowered to grant such injunctions regardless of whether criminal prosecutionor other action has been or may be instituted as a result of such violation. (1981, c. 360, s. 1.)
