§ 90‑210.133.  Crematory licensee rights.

(a)        A crematory licensee may adopt reasonable rules consistentwith this Article for the management and operation of a crematory. Nothing inthis subsection may be construed to prevent a crematory licensee from adoptingrules which are more stringent than the provisions of this Article.

(b)        Nothing in this Article may be construed to relieve thecrematory licensee from obtaining any other licenses or permits required bylaw.

(c)        Nothing in this Article shall prohibit or require theperformance of cremations by crematory licensees or crematory managers for ordirectly with the public or exclusively for or through licensed funeraldirectors. (1989 (Reg. Sess., 1990),c. 988, s. 1; 2003‑420, s. 2.)
