The Department and Attorney General shall adopt rules to conduct reviewof applications for certificates of public advantage and of periodic reportsfiled in connection therewith and to bring actions in the Superior Court ofWake County as required under G.S. 90‑21.33. This Article shall not limitthe authority of the Attorney General under federal or State antitrust laws. (1995, c. 395, s. 2.)
