Said Board shall, on or before the fifteenth day of February in eachyear, make an annual report as of the thirty‑first day of December of theyear preceding, of its proceedings, showing therein the examinations given, thefees received, the expenses incurred, the hearings conducted and the resultthereof, which said report shall be filed with the Governor of the State ofNorth Carolina.
