(a) Unlawful Act. Onor after January 1, 2012, it shall be unlawful for a person to do any of thefollowing unless the person is listed with the Medical Board as provided inthis Article:
(1) Practicepolysomnography.
(2) Represent, orally orin writing, that the person is credentialed to practice polysomnography.
(3) Use the title"Registered Polysomnographic Technologist" or the initials"RPSGT."
(b) Violations. Aviolation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor. Complaints andinvestigations of violations of this Article shall be directed to and conductedby the Board. The court may issue injunctions or restraining orders to preventfurther violations under this Article. (2009‑434, s. 1.)
