§ 90‑85.39. Injunctive authority.
The Board may apply to any court for an injunction to preventviolations of this Article or of any rules enacted pursuant to it. The court isempowered to grant the injunctions regardless of whether criminal prosecution orother action has been or may be instituted as a result of the violation. (1981 (Reg.
