§ 90A‑62.  Certificationand registration of environmental health specialists registered in otherstates.

The Board may, withoutexamination, grant a certificate as a registered environmental healthspecialist to any person who at the time of application, is registered as aregistered environmental health specialist by a similar board of another state,district or territory whose standards are determined to be acceptable to theBoard and comply with rules adopted by the Board. A fee to be determined by theBoard and not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be paid by theapplicant to the Board for the issuance of a certificate under the provisionsof this section.  (1959,c. 1271, s. 9; 1981 (Reg.
