Each license issued under thisChapter shall be renewed on or before October 1 of each year. All applicationsfor renewal shall be filed with the Board and shall be accompanied by therenewal fee as required by G.S. 90D‑10 and written proof of satisfactorycompletion of continuing education requirements adopted by the Board. Licensesthat are not renewed shall automatically lapse, and the licensee shall berequired to reapply for licensure in accordance with rules adopted by the Board.(2002‑182,s. 1; 2003‑56, s. 3.)
