§ 95‑253. Additionalrights.
The rights and remediesprovided to employees and employee safety and health representatives under thisArticle are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other rights and remediesprovided by contract or by other applicable law and are not intended to alteror affect those other rights and remedies.
