CHAPTER 15.1-18.2PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS15.1-18.2-01.Professional development plan - Adoption - Review by schooldistrict.1.Each school district shall adopt a professional development plan. The plan must include a description of the professional development activities that the district offers or makes available, the district's requirements for participation by teachers, and the manner in which participation is documented.2.Each school district shall review and if necessary modify its plan at least once every five years.3.Each school district shall file a copy of its most recent professional development plan with the superintendent of public instruction.15.1-18.2-02.
