SECTION 5-54-17

   § 5-54-17  Injunction of violations. –When it appears to the director that any person is violating any of theprovisions of this chapter, the director may cause an action to be instituted,commenced in the name of the board, to enjoin that violation in a court ofcompetent jurisdiction and that court may enjoin any person, firm, corporation,or association without regard to whether proceedings have been or may beinstituted before the director or whether criminal proceedings have been or maybe instituted.
