SECTION 5-54-25

   § 5-54-25  Communication of informationamong health care facilities. – Any licensed health care facility, acting by and through it's chief executiveofficer or his or her designee, may upon the request of any other licensedhealth care facility, communicate to the chief executive officer of therequesting facility or his or her designee any and all information availableregarding circumstances under which the privileges of any physician assistantwere changed as described in § 5-54-23(3). No health care facility, chiefexecutive officer, or his or her designee, communicating information under thissection, shall have liability arising out of the communication, unless theperson making the communication is not acting in good faith.
