Section 22-42-1 - Definition of terms.
Section 22-42-2 - Unauthorized manufacture, distribution, counterfeiting or possession of substanceswith high potential for abuse as felony--Mandatory sentences.
Section 22-42-2.1 - Written prescription required to dispense Schedule II substance--Refills prohibited--Felony.
