Statutes > West-virginia > 15 > 15-1e-135§15-1E-135. Entitlement to reemployment rights.
Members of the state military forces of this state who are ordered to active state duty by the governor shall, upon being relieved from such duty, be entitled to the same reemployment rights provided by Title 38, Section 2021 of the United States Code on the effective date of this section for persons inducted into the armed forces of the United States.
