Statutes > West-virginia > 15 > 15-1e-136§15-1E-136. Delegation of authority by the governor.
The governor may delegate any authority vested in him under this article, and may provide for the subdelegation of any such authority, except the power given him by sections twenty- one and twenty-two of this article.
