Statutes > West-virginia > 18 > 18-7a-9§18-7A-9. Meetings of retirement board.
The retirement board shall hold meetings in the state capitol at least four times during each school year.
Upon written request by at least a majority of the members of the retirement board, the executive secretary shall call a meeting of the retirement board to be held within thirty days of such request.
