Statutes > West-virginia > 60 > 60-8-35§60-8-35. Other unlawful acts.
No person while on the premises of any retailer licensed pursuant to this article shall:
(1) Break the seal on any package or bottle of wine;
(2) Consume alcoholic liquor, wine or beer; or
(3) Loiter.
