§61-2-25. Warrant and recognizance in dueling cases.
If any judge or justice have good cause to suspect that any persons are about to be engaged in a duel, he may issue his warrant to bring them before him, and if he think proper to take from them a recognizance to keep the peace, he shall insert therein a condition that they will not, during the time for which they may be bound, be concerned in a duel, directly or indirectly.
