15.153 Same; specified divisions.

15.153(3)

(3) Division of environmental and regulatory services. There is created in the department of commerce a division of environmental and regulatory services. The administrator of this division shall be appointed outside the classified service by the secretary and shall serve at the pleasure of the secretary.

(4) Division of international and export development. There is created in the department of commerce a division of international and export development. The administrator of this division shall be appointed outside the classified service by the secretary and shall serve at the pleasure of the secretary.
