180.1440 Delivery to state treasurer. Assets of a dissolved corporation that should be transferred to a creditor, claimant or shareholder of the corporation and are unclaimed shall be reduced to cash and shall be reported and delivered to the state treasurer as provided under ch. 177.180.1440 - ANNOT.
