214.02 Applicability.214.02(1)
(1) This chapter applies to a savings bank.214.02(2)
(2) A person who is not a savings bank may not transact business within the scope of this chapter or do business under any name or title or circulate or use any advertising or make any representations or give any information to anyone using any media, including electronic media, that indicates or implies the operation of a business within the scope of this chapter.214.02 - ANNOT.
