214.525 Prohibited loans. A savings bank may not make a loan to a person owning 10% or more of its stock, an affiliated person, agent, or attorney of the savings bank, either individually or as an agent or partner of another, except under rules of the division and regulations of a deposit insurance corporation.214.525 - ANNOT.
