84.1043 Cinco De Mayo Memorial Highway. In recognition of the day of celebration that commemorates Mexico's victory over an invading French army on May 5, 1862, and in recognition and appreciation of the contributions and cultural heritage of Hispanics in the state whose ancestors originated in Mexico, the department shall designate and mark as the "Cinco De Mayo Memorial Highway" the route of STH 59 within the city of Milwaukee.84.1043 - ANNOT.
