Section 10-2B-15.01

Authority to transact business required.

(a) A foreign corporation may not transact business in this state until it obtains a certificate of authority from the Secretary of State.

(b) Except as provided in Division D, the provisions of this article do not apply to corporations organized under the laws of the United States.
