Section 2-5-8

Market charges.

The Farmers' Market Authority shall have the power and authority, in acquiring the sites for such market or markets and in conducting same, to prescribe and collect reasonable charges to pay the necessary costs of acquiring, operating and maintaining such sites and markets, to erect the necessary buildings and to conduct said markets as provided by law.
