Section 34-19-7

Practices which may be performed by licensees — Restrictions generally.

The licenses issued under this chapter shall not confer upon any person the right to practice medicine, to undertake the charge of abnormal cases of confinement or any disease in connection with confinement or to assume any name, title, or designation implying that such person is authorized by law to undertake the charge of any such cases or to practice medicine.
