Section 41-7A-48

Limitations on incentives.

For fiscal years ending September 30, 2009, the aggregate cap of incentives granted under this article shall not exceed five million dollars ($5,000,000) for all qualified production companies. For fiscal years ending September 30, 2010, the aggregate cap of incentives granted under this article shall not exceed seven million five hundred thousand dollars ($7,500,000) for all qualified production companies. For fiscal years ending September 30, 2011, and for all subsequent fiscal years thereafter, the aggregate cap of incentives granted under this article shall not exceed ten million dollars ($10,000,000) for all qualified production companies.
