Statutes > Alaska > Title-06 > Chapter-06-45 > Sec-06-45-200A member may be expelled by a two-thirds vote of the members of a credit union present at a special meeting called for the purpose, but only after the member has been given an opportunity to be heard. Withdrawal or expulsion of a member does not discharge the liability of the member to the credit union. The amount to be paid a withdrawing or expelled member by a credit union shall be determined and paid in the manner specified in the bylaws.
