Statutes > Alaska > Title-09 > Chapter-09-65 > Sec-09-65-220The owner of an interest in real property, the owner's agent, and the agent of the transferee of the interest are not liable to the transferee for the owner or agent's failure to disclose information on the real property to the transferee, if the disclosure would constitute discrimination prohibited by 42 U.S.C. 3601 - 3631 (Fair Housing Act). In this section, "transferee" includes a purchaser, lessee, and easement holder.
