Statutes > Alaska > Title-10 > Chapter-10-10 > Sec-10-10-010Three or more persons, who are residents of this state, who desire to create an industrial development corporation under this chapter for the purpose of promoting, developing, and advancing the prosperity and economic welfare of the state and, to that end, to exercise the powers and privileges provided in this chapter, may be incorporated by filing articles of incorporation in the office of the commissioner as provided in this chapter.
