Statutes > Alaska > Title-10 > Chapter-10-13 > Article-07 > Sec-10-13-720After notice and a hearing, if the department determines that a licensee or a subject person of a licensee has violated or is violating, or that there is reasonable cause to believe that the licensee or subject person is about to violate this chapter, the department may order the licensee or subject person to cease and desist from the action. The order may require the licensee or subject person to take affirmative action to correct a condition resulting from the action.
