Statutes > Alaska > Title-46 > Chapter-46-06 > Sec-46-06-100The penalties imposed for littering shall be posted along the public highways of the state, at visitor centers, at entrances to state parks and recreational areas, at public beaches, and other publicly owned public places the commissioner determines necessary to accomplish the purposes of this chapter. The state agency or municipality responsible for litter removal from a public place shall post the notice required by this section.
