28-8325. Registration fee; certificate; decal; duplicate A. On payment of a registration fee of five dollars, the license tax and the penalty, if any, the department shall issue a certificate and license decal. B. The license decal shall be displayed on the aircraft at all times in the manner prescribed by the department. C. On satisfactory proof of the loss or destruction of the license decal, the department shall issue a duplicate of the license decal to the owner on payment of a four dollar fee. |
