29-803. Registration of foreign limited liability company; certificate of registration

A. If the commission finds that an application for registration conforms to law and that all requisite fees have been paid, it shall:

1. Endorse, stamp or attach on the signed original of the application the word "filed" and the month, day and year of the filing.

2. Retain the signed original of the application.

3. Issue a certificate of registration to transact business in this state.

B. A duplicate of the application for a certificate of registration shall be returned to the person who filed the application or his representative.
